They also increase sperm production in men, and it’s used in different Chinese medicines for this cause and for the improvement of kidney function, and it improves the blood circulation.
The advised daily intake of this berry is only 10-30g and its also known as a happy berry, increasing the happiness hormone in the body, and it also generates energy in the body.
